I’m Nicolas Marchand — a product and business leader with a rare blend of experience in digital innovation, data-driven decision making, and strategic product execution. I’ve built and exited startups, led product strategy in high-growth tech companies, and driven platform innovation across Asia-Pacific.

Most recently, I served as Vice President of Product Management at Podium.io, where I led the product strategy and execution of AI-driven tools for the built environment. Before that, I was Chief Data Analytics Officer at BCI Media Group, and co-founder and Chief Product Officer at SmartBuild Asia, which I successfully founded, scaled and exited.
